<p>The present invention relates to a warm-mix recycling asphalt concrete composition and a manufacturing method thereof, which uses waste asphalts peeled off from the paved roads during various road remodeling works, electricity and faucet water pipe construction works as the main ingredients and adds warm-mix recycling additives to provide warm-mix asphalt concrete quality and is composed of per 100 wt% of waste asphalt concrete; 100 to 150 wt% of recycling aggregates; 10 to 20 wt% of new asphalts; 2 to 5 wt% of fly ash; 2 to 10 wt% of warm mix recycling additives maintaining a 1:1:1 ratio of surfactant, wax and vegetable oil and 2 to 5 wt% of EVA (ehtylene vinyl acetate)crack prevention agent.</p> |
