PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve maintainability, while facilitating carrying-in and carrying-out of unit cells into and out of an inspection apparatus.SOLUTION: An inspection apparatus comprises a plurality of intermediate plates, a shaft, a fastening device, and a power generation evaluation device. The intermediate plates sandwich one unit cell therebetween so as to hold the plurality of unit cells. The shaft penetrates the plurality of intermediate plates and guides the movement of the intermediate plates. The fastening device holds and releases the unit cells by causing the plurality of intermediate plates to move along the shaft. The power generation evaluation device is connected to the unit cells and evaluates power generation properties of the unit cells. Each of the intermediate plates is formed in such a manner that a portion through which the shaft penetrates and a portion for sandwiching the unit cell are separably fixed to each other. |
