<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication device, in which a user can control voice signal output without a button operation.SOLUTION: An information communication device (10) capable of voice communication with another device includes: a voice signal output unit (20) for outputting a voice signal according to externally input voice; a concentration measurement unit (30) for measuring the concentration of carbon dioxide in the periphery of the information communication device; and during communication with the other device, a voice signal control unit (40) for determining whether or not the user is in a communication state of inputting voice to the voice signal output unit, on the basis of the concentration information measured in the concentration measurement unit, and for inhibiting the voice signal output to the other device when it determines that the user is not in the communication state.</p> |
