摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an oxide semiconductor electrode substrate, enabling to inexpensively manufacture the high-quality oxide semiconductor electrode substrate, and to provide a dye-sensitized solar cell and a dye-sensitized solar cell module. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the oxide semiconductor electrode substrate includes: a porous layer forming layer forming step of applying porous layer forming coating solution containing metal oxide semiconductor fine particles onto a heat resistant substrate 6 and solidifying it to form a porous layer forming layer 12'; a firing step of firing the porous layer forming layer into a porous body formed with a porous layer to form an oxide semiconductor electrode substrate laminate 1"; an adhering step of arranging a first electrode base material 11 having at least a metal layer and the oxide semiconductor electrode substrate laminate with the porous layer and the metal layer opposing each other via a conductive adhesive layer to form an oxide semiconductor electrode substrate 1' with the heat resistant substrate; and a separating step of separating the heat resistant substrate from the oxide semiconductor electrode substrate with the heat resistant substrate to form the oxide semiconductor electrode substrate 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
