A light beam control member (140) comprises a first light beam control member (141) and a second light beam control member (142). The first light beam control member (141) further comprises: an entry face (143) wherethrough a portion of light which is emitted from a light emitting element (130) enters; a total reflecting face (144) which reflects the portion of light which has entered the entry face (143) toward the second light beam control member; and an exit face (145) wherethrough the light from the entry face (143) and the total reflecting face (144) exits. The second light beam control member (142) further comprises a reflecting face (149) which reflects a portion of the light which is exited from the first light beam control member (141). The reflecting face (149) is a rotationally symmetric face about an axis of rotation of an optical axis (LA) of the light emitting element (130). A generating line of the rotationally symmetric face is formed to be a concave curve with respect to the first light beam control member (141).
