摘要 In the present invention, there is disclosed a process for preparing collagenous and gelatin jelly for pharmaceutical, food-processing and cosmetic purposes wherein the preparation process is characterized in that animal material containing collagen is at least twice washed in water, then it is subjected to maceration at a temperature ranging from 98 to 102 degC for a period of 3 to 5 minutes in water with 0.8 to 1.2 percent by weight of hydrogen peroxide, based on the animal material total weight. After washing, maceration and removal of maceration solution with residues of blood and fat, 1 g of the animal material is extracted in 0.8 to 1.2 cme3 of a biological liquid for a period of 3 to 25 h at a temperature ranging from 18 to 42 degC. Subsequently, the mixture is cooled down to a temperature in the range of 18 to 25 degC and solid particles are removed in a semi-sterile environment for example by filtration and then the mixture is subjected coagulate at rest and at a temperature ranging from 8 to 12 degC. The animal material is selected from the group consisting of pig’s trotters, beef and poultry bones, tendons, cartilages, and pig’s, poultry and fish skins and the biological extraction liquid is selected from the group consisting of animal milk, whey or soy milk.
