<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical device capable of preventing slip of a tip part, accurately and safely performing puncture and preventing damages of a punctured part due to excessive insertion. <P>SOLUTION: On the outer surface of a core shaft 3 and a sheath body 5 at the tip part 10 of the medical device 1, a first friction resistance part 21 is provided. On the outer surface of the sheath body 5 separated from the tip part 10 in a proximal end direction, a second friction resistance part 22 is provided. Friction resistance to the puncture part of a mitral valve at the first friction resistance part 21 and the second friction resistance part 22 is made higher than the friction resistance to the punctured part at parts other than the first friction resistance part 21 and parts other than the second friction resistance part 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
