摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device 6 which improves air-tightness in spite of a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: In the valve device 6, a fluid passage formed in a housing 12 has a cross section tapered shape 16a of which the inner peripheral surface is reduced along a predetermined axial direction, and a center C2 of a valve element 14 and a rotation center C3 of a rotary shaft 13 are isolated. Furthermore, the valve element 14 includes an abutting part 14a of which the outer periphery is formed elliptic and thin, and the rotary shaft 13 is provided in such a manner that the rotation center C3 is orthogonal with a plane formed of the abutting part 14a and crosses a valve element center shaft C4 passing through a center of the abutting part 14a. When the valve element 14 is brought into a closed state that the fluid passage is closed, the plane formed of the abutting part 14a of the valve element 14 is inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to an axial direction C1 of the cross section tapered shape 16a so that the whole periphery of the abutting part 14a is brought into line-contact with the cross section tapered shape 16a of the housing 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
