<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray distribution apparatus capable of supplying an X-ray beam from an X-ray source to two or more places, and to provide an X-ray distribution system. <P>SOLUTION: The X-ray distribution apparatus is provided with a capillary bundle consisting of a plurality of capillaries including a curved capillary, enters an X-ray beam into different capillaries in the capillary bundle, and makes distribution destinations of the X-ray beam different.
