The present invention relates to the hemi-galactarate, oxalate and di-p-toluoyl-D-tartrate salt forms of (R)-3-((E)-2-(pyrrolidin-3-yl)vinyl)-5-(tetrahydropyran-4-yloxy)pyridine or hydrates or solvates thereof, compositions comprising these salt and their use for treating or preventing a NNR mediated disorder.
