<p>The format devices (10,20) have conveyor channel arranged between lower format units (14,24) and cover strip unit of upper format units (12,22). The supporting slat is connected between cover strip unit containing cover strip (12.1) and lower format unit. The supporting slat is provided with an adjusting bolt which is engaged with cover strip unit, so that linear adjustment of the cover strip unit with respect to the lower format unit is performed. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) strand machine of tobacco processing industry; and (2) method for operating strand machine.</p> |
