A manufacturing method of garlic sauce is disclosed. The disclosed manufacturing method of garlic sauce comprises the steps of: a) making a base as putting a whole bulb of garlic, sliced ginger, leek, whole peppers, carrot, onion, aptical stoma, kelp, dried shiitake mushroom, and water in a pot and boiling down; b) heating as putting the base, soy sauce, sugar, and cooking wine in the pot, and boiling as putting refined rice wine and garlic when the contents start boiling; and c) straining through a sieve after turning off fire, putting an apple and a lemon in the pot, closing a lid, and aging at room temperature. |
