<p>The present invention relates to a PCR kit for detecting Bacillus group bacteria. More specifically, The present invention relates to (1) an motB gene which distinguishes Bacillus group bacteria from non-Bacillus group bacteria, (2) a 16S rRNA gene for identifying whether the same gene is amplified or not, (3) a nucleic acid sequence for detecting each gene for amplifying the same genes, and (4) a PCR reaction condition with respect to the same nucleic acid sequence.</p> |
