<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous rice cooker for attaining excellent rice cooking by performing the improvement of heating efficiency and the reduction of a heating time, and also attaining the improvement of a work environment and the reduction of an internal air-conditioning load. <P>SOLUTION: The continuous rice cooker includes: multiple surface combustion burner units which have rectangular burner heads, which are made of surface combustion members using heat-resistant metal fibers so as to burn whole primary air premixing gas in a red heat state, and are alternately arranged at a distance in a direction to be substantially orthogonally crossed with a rice cooking pot conveying direction by allowing the long sides of the rectangular burner heads to be substantially in parallel with the rice cooking pot conveying direction; and vertical wall parts 215 arranged on both the sides of the rice cooking pot conveying direction. A tunnel shape heating chamber is formed in the rice cooking pot conveying direction by the surface combustion burner units, the vertical wall parts, and the bottom surface and side surfaces of the rice cooking pot. Openings 220 are arranged in the respective vertical wall parts arranged on the both sides. Exhaust gas inside the heating chamber is derived from the openings, so as to suppress the outflow of the exhaust gas from the carry-in port and carry-out port of the rice cooking pot. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
