PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation automation support system, device and method capable of improving working quality at a working site, reducing working man-hour and the like.

SOLUTION: The operation automation support system includes means that registers a scenario formed by combining each item of operation work constituting a series of work based on a working procedure manual with a time element (time) related to its execution, in an information system (e.g., a server) including a computer and the like, developing on a working scenario lane for each of a plurality of interested departments or a plurality of related workers, and that executes work related to the time element according to an automatic navigation from, for example, the system side. The operation automation support system further includes: means for registering execution achievements thereof as an execution evidence when having executed the work by the operation automation support device; and means for visualizably displaying the results of the execution achievements of database.
