摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying apparatus not needing energy only for lowering the pressure of a drying container. <P>SOLUTION: The drying apparatus 1 has the drying container 20, a temporarily storing container 30 communicating the drying container 20 via a material supplying opening 30 in which an on-off valve 34 is arranged, a blower means 21 for blowing out dry air, a dry air supplying flowing channel 2a, a bypass flowing channel 2c, and a switch valve 24. The dry air supplying flowing channel 2a is a flow channel connected to a dry blowing means 21 and the drying container 20 and for supplying the dry air blown out from the blower means 21 to the drying container 20. The bypass flowing channel 2c is a flowing channel connected to a drying medium supplying flowing channel and for supplying the dry air in the dry air in the supplying flowing channel 2a to the blower means 21. The switch valve 24 is a valve capable of switching a communicating condition in which at least the dry air in the dry air supplying flowing channel 2a passes through the bypass flowing channel 2c and is supplied to the blower means 21 and a blocking condition blocking the bypass flowing channel 2c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
