<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof structure for a sheet around a pile, which can be easily constructed and has high waterproofness. <P>SOLUTION: A structure comprises a pile head 16 projecting from the bottom face 21 of a recess 20 arranged at the surface of concrete (a leveling concrete layer 3), a waterproof sheet 10 which is laid on the surface of concrete and the bottom face 21 of the recess 20, and a waterproof member 30 which is mounted to the pile head 16. The waterproof member 30 includes a cylindrical part 31 which covers the outer peripheral surface of the pile head 16 and a collar part 32 which is integrated with the cylindrical part 31 and juts out from the bottom edge of the cylindrical part 31 in a lateral direction.
