<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality diagnostic system in mechanical equipment, which is introduced at a low cost, markedly reduces labor for maintenance, and detects minute abnormalities at an early stage without fail. <P>SOLUTION: The abnormality diagnostic system in mechanical equipment for detecting abnormalities in mechanical equipment by analyzing a signal measured by a sensor installed in the mechanical equipment, is equipped with: a sequential normalized value calculation unit for sequentially determining an average value and a standard deviation from the measured signal and calculating a sequential normalized value using the average value and standard deviation; and an abnormality determination unit for detecting abnormalities in the mechanical equipment on the basis of the sequential normalized value calculated by the sequential normalized value calculation unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
