The present invention relates to an electrolyte and a lithium secondary battery comprising the same. The electrolyte can improve low temperature lifespan properties. The electrolyte according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: lithium salt; and an organic solvent containing an ethylene carbonate-based compound; an acetate-based compound; and an ethoxy alkane-based compound.
