The present invention relates to an apparatus for injecting a fuel additive, capable of effectively injecting a fuel additive in a proper dilution ratio in accordance with a supply flow rate of a fuel when the fuel is stored in a storage tank through a fuel convey system. According to one aspect of the present invention, the apparatus for injecting a fuel additive comprises: a connection body installed in the middle of a fuel convey pipe conveying fuel; and a fuel additive injection pipe extended from a fuel additive tank to the connection body. The fuel additive is conveyed from the fuel additive tank to the inside of the connection body through the fuel additive injection pipe to be injected since the fuel additive tank is positioned in an upper portion of the connection pipe, and a front end part of the fuel additive injection pipe is inserted into the connection body. An injection end extended in a longitudinal direction from the inside of the connection body is formed in the front end part of the fuel additive injection pipe, and an injection opening is formed in the injection end of the fuel additive injection pipe, and a slope is formed in the injection opening.
