<p>The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a heat exchanger and a heat exchanger improving heat exchange efficiency as a heat exchanging pipe and a heat dissipation fin are coupled with a bonding material, and the heat exchange pipe and the heat dissipation fin are integrated by the bonding material. Therefore, a coupling groove for the bonding material is formed between the heat exchange pipe and the heat dissipation fin, and a reflow process melting the bonding material coupled to the coupling groove for the bonding material in a heating furnace proceeds in order to enable the heat exchange pipe and the heat dissipation fin to be integrated by the bonding material in order to have both advantages of a fin-and-tube type heat exchanger and microchannel type heat exchanger to improve heat exchange efficiency.</p> |
