1. An apparatus, comprising:
a flexible member with two terminal ends, the flexible member forming a single closeable loop, the closeable loop including:
first and second loop portions extending from opposing ends of a first bend within the closeable loop; andthird and fourth loop portions extending from opposing ends of a second bend within the closeable loop; a first fixation member having two free terminal ends alternatingly extending between the first and second loop portions; and a second fixation member having two free terminal ends alternatingly extending between the third and fourth loop portions; wherein the first fixation member and the second fixation member are slidably received on the single closeable loop formed by the flexible member, such that the two free terminal ends of the first fixation member and the two free terminal ends of the second fixation member are slidable relative to the flexible member.
