An embodiment of the present invention relates to a three-dimension haptic transmitter including: a sensing cell array which senses external pressure and outputs a first electric signal, a second electric signal, and a third electric signal; a storage unit which stores the first electric signal, the second electric signal, and the third electric signal, and generates a three-dimensional haptic signal based on the first electric signal, the second electric signal, and the third electric signal which have been stored; and a communication unit, which transmits the generated three-dimensional haptic signal to an external device. The sensing cell array includes: first piezoelectric elements that sense pressure in the first direction and output a first electric signal proportional to the pressure in the first direction; second piezoelectric elements that sense pressure in the second direction and output a second electric signal proportional to the pressure in the second direction; and third piezoelectric elements that sense pressure in the third direction and output a third electric signal proportional to the pressure in the third direction. The second direction is perpendicular to the first direction. The third direction is perpendicular to a plane formed by the first direction and the second direction.
