<p>The present invention relates to a method for extracting an effective sample, an apparatus therefor and a system for collecting traffic information. According to the present invention, the system can extract a more accurate sample even in a complex urban sphere mixed with mobile terminals of vehicles, residents and pedestrians by calculating mobile terminal devices passing the boundary region of a specific area as an effective sample using a mobile communications network and collecting real time traffic data based on position data tracked by tracking current position of calculated effective sample, thereby improving the reliability of moving speed calculation in an urban sphere.</p> |
