FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ring of composite material, its production and application. In compliance with this invention, tape of reinforced fibres impregnated with high-temperature thermoplastic material is used. Said tape is wound around mandrel to produce the ring so that the first set of embedded reinforced fibres extends, in fact, continuously in first direction relative to the ring circumferential direction. Said tape is wound so that the second set of embedded reinforced fibres extends, in fact, continuously in second direction that differs from said first one relative to the ring circumferential direction.EFFECT: higher strength of composite articles.18 cl, 6 dwg |
