FIELD: aviation.SUBSTANCE: power element of truss structure contains one intersection node, two hollow cylindrical diagonal rods connected and coupled with each other in intersection node, intersection node in the form of hollow and closed at the ends central cylindrical rod with hole. By one end the diagonal cylindrical rods are coupled with central cylindrical rod by seamless formation from single material. Central axes of the diagonal and central cylindrical rod are in one plane, central axis of the diagonal cylindrical rods is disposed at the same angle to the central axis of the hollow central cylindrical rod. Capsule for producing the power element of truss structure comprises the inner shell from two inner cylindrical tubes of diagonal rods, inner sleeve of central rod, two limiters, outer shell from two outer tubes of diagonal rods with intersleeve ring, two intertubular rings, one limiter, outer bottom of central rod with one filling neck with plug.EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the weight of structure and increase the structure uniformity and strength.6 cl, 2 dwg |
