The present invention relates to a door kit trim for a cooker, and a manufacturing method thereof. To achieve this purpose, the door kit trim for a cooker coupled to a front surface of a door of a cooker wherein a space unit is formed inside a trim body having a convex shape toward a center from an edge on a left and a right side, and an inner guide piece erected upright and bent from the edge of the space unit toward an inside of the space unit. Moreover, an outer guide piece is erected upright and integrally formed from the edge of the trim body toward the inside; thereby reducing the number of manufacturing processes (hydraulic drawing type → pneumatic bending drawing) to increase productivity and reducing manufacturing costs. Moreover, the present invention prevents a molding shock line from being generated to as high as a bending height of the surface in order to aesthetically appeal an appearance of the door kit trim. |
