<p>The present invention relates to a device for replacing a crane mounting pin which can replace a mounting pin installed on a connection area between frames composing a crane easily, stably, and accurately while the mounting pin is installed on the crane. The device for replacing a crane mounting pin comprises: a tight contact plate which forms a front surface, is formed in a hollow shape, and tightly contacts a surface of a crane; a main frame comprising a grip frame body composed of a frame structure which forms a rear surface and whose inside is open, and a connection frame body connecting four corners of opposing surfaces between the tight contact plate and the grip frame body; a guide rail disposed on the connection frame body of the main frame; a moving frame guided by the guide rail to move, and wherein a fixing chuck is disposed on a front surface thereof and on which a processing tool for shaping a hole or boring a formed hole is replaceably mounted, and a tool drive motor is disposed on a rear surface thereof and connected to the processing tool to transfer power through a spindle to provide a drive force required to rotate the processing tool; and a frame moving unit fixed on the main frame to provide a drive force to move the moving frame.</p> |
