<p>A direct sales brokerage service providing server, according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is connected to a manufacturer′s terminal and a customer′s terminal comprises: a goods database which stores a goods registration requesting message of a manufacturer and goods data by matching them; a goods management part which provides the goods data to the customer′s terminal when receiving a goods registration requesting message from the manufacturer′s terminal and at the same time, provides an order requesting message to the manufacturer who registered the goods by using the goods database when receiving a goods order requesting message from the customer′s terminal; and a direct sales management part which provides payment data of the manufacturer to the customer to execute direct sales of corresponding goods when receiving a goods order requesting message from the customer′s terminal. Accordingly, the present invention has an effect of providing a reverse auction system which enables a customer to purchase goods after confirming the price of a manufacturer when the manufacturer makes a bid for the price and quantity of goods at the time of purchasing goods by the customer.</p> |
