FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: atomiser contains hollow cylindrical casing connected with captive nut and output hole. In the cylindrical chamber coaxially with it the swirler is installed with clearance relatively to the inside side surface of the chamber. The swirler is made in form of bushing with external screw trapezoidal thread with large pitch, and it is secured by means of the internal thread on stock. The stock in its top part is secured to the casing by means of strainer. To the end face of the captive nut axisymmetric with casing the liquid flow divider is secured, it is made out of coaxially installed perforated cone shells, space between them is filled with fine-meshed screen. Tips of the cone surfaces of shells are directed from the swirler. In the swirler bottom part the spherical perforated segment is installed such that tip of the external cone shell coincides with centre of the spherical surface of the perforated segment.EFFECT: higher efficiency of fine liquid spraying.1 dwg |
