FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: methods of lysis of microorganisms and separation of nucleic acids from them include application of system for lysis of microorganisms and purification of nucleic acids of said microorganisms. Said system includes installed on positioning means device for lysis of microorganisms, which contains cartridge, possessing zone for retaining microorganisms with means for their lysis, installed in cartridge rotor with means of its rotation, cover, container for reception of nucleic acids and means for liquid aspiration/release.
