The present invention relates to novel derivatives of 2-phenylamino-pyrimidine useful as tyrosine kinase inhibitors, particularly to 2-phenylamino-4-(pyridin-3-yl)-6-perfluoroalkyl-pyrimidines and intermediates for preparing thereof. Still more specifically the present invention relates to compound of general formula (I)wherein:n is an integer from 0 to 2,X is a substituent chosen from the group consisting of:wherein n is 0 or 1,X is OCH3 in position 4, or OCH3 in position 3, 4 and 5,and novel intermediates for preparing the aforementioned compounds. |
