<p>The present invention relates to a slag viscosity control apparatus of a gasifier, which comprises: a measurement unit for measuring slag of a vaporizer from a plurality of buffer loads in real time; a storage unit for storing an amount of change in viscosity with respect to the slag measured from the measurement unit; a control unit for selectively controlling an input amount of flux, a ratio of mixed coal, and an supplied amount of oxygen by the cumulated data with respect to the amount of change in slag of the storage unit; and a monitoring unit for showing the amount of change in slag of the storage unit in real time. The apparatus is capable of controlling an input ratio of flux inserted in a gasifier with respect to an amount of slag or the like in real time, controlling combustion condition of a gasifier or an environment in an optimal manner with respect to a final amount of slag from generation of slag flowing down to a tap hole, accordingly, and maintaining a gasifier in an optimal driving condition and preventing a burner or a tap hole from blocking.</p> |
