摘要 <p>According to an embodiment of the present invention, a wind power generating system comprises: a control part which is configured to generate or block power generation command values or auxiliary power command values in accordance with a state and a wind speed of a power system; a power generator which is configured to generate alternative current power using wind power in accordance with the power generation command values and the auxiliary power command values; an energy storage device which is configured to store energy and generate compensation power or auxiliary power using the stored energy in accordance with the power generation command values and the auxiliary power command values; a main transformer which is configured to convert the alternative current power and the compensation power into main power and transmit it to the power system; an auxiliary transformer which is configured to convert the alternative current power and the compensation power into direct current power; and a yaw brake system which is operated using the direct current power as a power source and is configured to brake the power generator. According to the present invention, the wind power generation system and an operation technique thereof can stably generate power when a power system and a wind speed are normal, and operate in a low power mode when a power system and a wind speed are abnormal, thereby reducing the occurrence of failure in a power generation system, preventing accidents and reducing power consumption.</p>
