FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, and can be used for continuous feeding with pre-heating of the metal charge to the melting unit receiver. Device contains at least supply channel with walls for metal charge supply, and at least cap limiting the supply channel and/or expansion chamber. The cap is located above the supply channel to move at least parts of the flue gases exiting the said receiver, at that the supply channel interacts with holes to remove the flue gases. Holes interact with at least deflection channel for the flue gases, limiting at least first expansion compartment, and located, essentially, vertically or near-vertically, and connected with holes and at least exhaust channel.EFFECT: invention eliminates passage of small particles of the charge in form of metal shavings to reduce expenses and time for control and maintenance of the exhaust channels and devices.12 cl, 8 dwg |
