FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: furnace charge preparation line contains proportioning bunkers of furnace charge components, a mixer, a tape conveyor and a granulating mixer. The mixer and the mixer granulator form the first "Cascade" unit and the second "Cascade" unit installed in series. Each Cascade unit contains the drive, the screw and the housing. The housing of each "Cascade" unit contains lattices with holes, knives, a lattice with grooves and a stone separator knife. From the proportioning bunker silicon oxide containing raw materials of career humidity 15-50% and with the diameter of pieces 80-90 mm is loaded into the first "Cascade" unit. After the first "Cascade" unit the obtained mass of silicon oxide containing raw materials of intermediate grinding, with the particle size 0.5-1 mm is supplied to the bunker of the second "Cascade" unit, that is the mixer granulator. Simultaneously into the second "Cascade" unit from the bunker the magnesium containing raw materials with a size of fractions 0.1-0.63 mm are also dosed, in the ratio by weight 1:4 to silicon oxide containing raw materials.EFFECT: improvement of homogeneity and chemical activity of furnace charge, expansion of source of raw materials, decrease of energy consumption of production process and reduction of time of furnace charge preparation.4 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl |
