<p>The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display apparatus. The organic light emitting display apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a pixel unit to display an image; a substrate including a peripheral unit to surround the pixel unit; a semiconductor layer formed in the pixel unit on the substrate; a first gate insulation film to cover the semiconductor layer; a first gate wire formed on the first gate insulation film; a second gate insulation film to cover the gate wire; a second gate wire formed on the second gate insulation film; an inter-layer insulation film having a contact hole, and covering the second gate wire; a data wire formed on the inter-layer insulation film; a protection film to cover the data wire; and an organic light emitting diode formed on the protection film and connected to the data wire. The data wire is connected to the second gate wire through the contact hole formed on the inter-layer insulation film. A plurality of first dummy contact holes in addition to the contact hole may be formed on the inter-layer insulation film.</p> |
