The present invention relates to an apparatus for producing a bar rice cake shaped food and, more specifically, to an apparatus for producing a bar rice cake shaped food having a hollow inside, which comprises: a first and a second hopper inputting a food material and fillings for being capable of inserting the fillings into the bar rice cake food material such as a fish cake, a rice cake, etc.; and a first and a second drum moving each of the fillings, wherein a third drum connected to the second drum and positioned within the first drum is more arranged to fill a food, produced by using the food material, with the fillings, thereby being capable of producing the food such as the bar rice cake of which hollow inside is filled. |
