A filling apparatus according to an embodiment comprises: a body having an inlet and an outlet; a cover unit having a plate shape with an opening part in the center and including multiply divided covers where each of the covers is connected to one end of the body and rotates about the one end of the body; an opening or closing adjustment unit supporting one side of each of the covers and making each of the covers rotate about a portion connected to the one end of the body; and a splash blocking unit connected to the one side of each of the covers, wherein the splash blocking unit rotates with the covers.
