The present invention relates to a method for producing a rice cake whereby, more specifically, nutrients unique to pine needles can be added into the rice cake and deterioration of the rice cake can be prevented by adding, in the rice cake, a pine needle fermentation byproduct to which salt is added. The method includes: a first step of soaking washed rice for three to five hours and drying the rice; a second step of grinding the dried rice into powder; a third step of sieving the ground rice powder with a sieve; a fourth step of kneading and steaming the sieved rice powder at the same time; and a fifth step of adding the pine needle fermentation byproduct in dough of the fourth step and finishing the rice cake by steaming the dough. |
