The present invention relates to a system and a method for analyzing opinion change over time which analyzes opinion changes over time and provides the analyzed results. An opinion analyzing server according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a communication unit receiving opinion analysis requesting signals including opinion analysis target keywords and analysis target period information; a collecting unit collecting text information including the keywords from the database according to the received opinion analysis requesting signals; and an opinion analyzing unit analyzing the text information collected by the collecting unit according to the opinion analysis requesting signals received by the communication unit.
