The present invention relates to a composition for an orally disintegrating film, an orally disintegrating film, and a method of manufacturing the orally disintegrating film. The composition for an orally disintegrating film comprises: ondansetron or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; magnesium oxide or magnesium hydroxide; and a film forming agent. According to the present invention, the orally disintegrating film has physical properties suitable for the film without an additional complicated process, and at the same time, has an effect of effectively removing bitter taste from ondansetron.
