Disclosed is a nano-filtration membrane having the positively chargeable surface. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the nano-filtration membrane can be used to effectively and efficiently separate organic acid from a reaction mixture containing organic acid generated during a microorganism fermentation process. The nano-filtration membrane includes: a supporting membrane; and a positively chargeable polymer layer attached on at least one side of the supporting membrane. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the nano-filtration membrane has a very excellent organic acid penetration rate and a sugar penetration rate which maintains to be low.
