A method for simulating a hearing defect according to the present invention comprises: an intensity adjusting step of adjusting an intensity to an extent of conversation sound which is good to hear in accordance with the hearing ability of a subject person; a hearing defect data inputting step of inputting hearing defect data of a subject person by inputting a number of frequencies after the intensity adjusting step; a hearing defect calculating step of calculating the extent and type of hearing defect in accordance with hearing defect data in the hearing defect data inputting step; an output data screening step of determining the magnitude of sound source in accordance with the extent of hearing defect in the person with a hearing defect and calculating the step and screening output data by summing up the type and sound source magnitude in the hearing defect calculating step; and an outputting step of image outputting sound source data found in a first database in accordance with output data in the output data screening step through a monitor, and at the same time, outputting an audio sound of known decibels through a speaker. In the outputting step, included is outputting effect sound source of a hearing aid through the speaker by screening the effect of input of a hearing aid and data in a second database in accordance with the result values of output data screening in the output data screening step. Accordingly, the present invention can objectify language perception of a hearing-impaired person, difficulties of understanding and the efficacy of a hearing aid since stored data by preliminarily producing source sound by type and extent of hearing defect and storing the source sound in a database to be differently outputted depending on inputted values, and at the same time, data of hearing defect can be provided in visual data and audio data, thereby enabling a user to easily understand data for people with a hearing defect. |
