<p>One of a pair of cooling rollers is a barrel-shaped roller (100a) having a diameter at the centre thereof in the length direction which is greater than the diameter at the ends thereof in the length direction. The other of the pair of cooling rollers is a convergent-divergent-shaped roller (200a) having a diameter at the centre thereof in the length direction which is smaller than the diameter at the ends thereof in the length direction. A roller gap (3) is formed between the barrel-shaped roller (100a) and the convergent-divergent-shaped roller (200a), said roller gap gradually becoming narrower as said roller gap extends from the centre of the rollers in the length direction to the ends of the rollers in the length direction.</p> |
