The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a fermented milk using extracts of seaweed or kelp wherein the extract of the seaweed or kelp is made by the following steps of (a) adding water to powders of seaweed or kelp, extracting extracts of seaweed or kelp and manufacturing extracts of kelp or seaweed; and (b) adding lactic acid bacteria and the extract of seaweed or kelp of the (a) step to powdered skim milk and fermenting the same, a fermented milk manufactured by using the extract of seaweed or kelp and a dressing including the fermented milk.
