An apparatus capable of standing and moving is provided. According to an aspect of the present invention, the apparatus of the present invention comprises: a body unit; a pair of driving wheels mounted on the left and the right of the body unit; a foothold unit mounted on the bottom of the body unit and extended to the rear, wherein both feet of the user are settled and supported; a pair of knee supporting fixtures mounted on the top of the body unit and distanced for a distance from each other to the left and the right for supporting the knees of the user; a bottom bracket placed on the top of the body unit; a first through a fourth rotating bars whose bottom ends are combined with the bottom bracket with a hinge; a sling unit mounted on one side of the first through the fourth rotating bars and formed in the shape of a flexible belt for being worn on the buttocks of the user; an actuator mounted on one side of the body unit for rotating the first through the fourth rotating bars; a top bracket placed to be distanced for a certain distance to the top side of the bottom bracket and combined with the top of the first through the fourth rotating bars with a hinge; and an upper body supporting fixture mounted on the top bracket for supporting the upper body of the user.
