Disclosed are a system and a method for supporting management of members in a group which is able to effectively support managing students by analyzing mental states of members in a group, especially students in a school, and easily understanding friendships between the students according to the analysis of the mental states. The present invention provides the system and the method for supporting management of members in a group. The system includes: a database storing an oneself expression index indicating mentality or feelings of each member in a group; an interface server receiving the oneself expression index from the member through a network to store the index in the database; a member terminal receiving the oneself expression index and transmitting the index to the interface server through the network; and a manager terminal requesting the oneself expression index to the interface server through the network and receiving the index to display or output.
