Disclosed is an emergency stop system of a flare tip handling device. The emergency stop system which is included in a transporting device moving upward and downward along a guideline comprises: a casing block forming a guide hole through which the guideline is inserted and a braking space therein; and a braking block which is accommodated in the braking space and forms a through-hole through which the guideline is inserted.
