Provided is a circuit board structure whereby a battery can be heated without requiring cost for battery employment and replacement. At the time of mounting, on a printed board (11), an auxiliary battery (14), which is incorporated, as a standby power supply for a main battery (7), in an in-vehicle emergency notification apparatus (1), and a heater resistor (16) for heating the auxiliary battery (14), a heat transfer mechanism (19) for transferring heat to the auxiliary battery (14) is provided, said heat having been generated by means of the heater resistor (16). Then, the auxiliary battery (14) is removably fixed on the printed board (11) with the heat transfer mechanism (19) interposed therebetween. |
